FAQs

Now that’s a good question,  and one I will aim to answer during our time together.

Our prices vary and depend on how much support you would like

They range between £130 and £520, or we can also offer ongoing month on month support

If you are outside the UK please contact us for international pricing options.

We want to help, and if you are struggling, please reach out.

That depends on how much you want it to work. I will give you all the tools and techniques you need to change your dog’s behaviour. The daily implementation of those tools and techniques will be down to you. If you follow the steps I suggest, your dog’s behaviour will change for the better. If you don’t follow the suggestions, it probably won’t work.

This will depend on you, your dog and what we are working through. Generally speaking, I would hope to see some changes within 4 weeks, but this totally depends on how you implement the tools and techniques I recommend. A bit like personal training in the gym, it only works if you put the work in!

No. We will openly discuss any and all costs before you decide to work with us.

Not unless you cancel at least 72 hours before our planned consultation.

Online is arguably more effective than having a stranger enter your home causing additional stress and disruption to your dog. We need to see how your dog behaves under NORMAL conditions. Having a stranger present is not normal. Online allows detailed, considered discussions without rushing. You will get detailed written feedback as I take extensive notes during our sessions. We can re-watch, recheck and review everything as much as we need. We can also be far more flexible and fit everything around your busy schedule.
